Shipping
Please note that for all continental Canadian and American orders, shipping fees are included for standard, ground shipping. Express post is available at a charge of $12 dollars Canadian for shipments to the US, and for $6 Canadian for shipments within Canada. International orders will be shipped with an additional charge hence if you are ordering from outside continental North America, please email first so shipping costs can be calculated. Items will be shipped within two days of receiving an order, while express post shipments will go out either the same or the next business day. Custom orders, or multiples of an item that are not on hand, will take longer, with an estimation of the time required sent the same day or next day.
Returns
We are confident you will be happy with your purchase from Bejigged.com However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have two options:
- Return your item(s) for a full merchandise CREDIT applicable to any future order (excluding shipping costs). Return must be postmarked within five (5) days of date of original receipt.
- Return your item(s) for a REFUND. If you do this, your refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return must be postmarked within five (5) days of date of original receipt.
Additionally, if an item is defective within the first one (1) year of your purchase, Bejigged.com agrees to repair it at no cost, provided it has not been subjected to abnormally harsh use (indicated by large scratches, gouges and/or abrasions).
